YES Housing, Inc. operating as developer in collaboration with owner Tierra del Sol Housing Corp. has completed rehabilitation on Alta Tierra Apartments located at 1500 E. Madrid Ave., Las Cruces, NM 88001. The rehabilitation consists of 56 units at 60% area median income as well as a community space.

Social services are offered to residents in the form of health care education, after-school tutoring, drug prevention programming, employment development, computer literacy training, and homeownership counseling.

Enterprise Green Criteria was utilized during the rehabilitation in order to create a healthier and more sustainable living space for the residents of Alta Tierra Apartments and the surrounding community.

The 5.2 million dollar rehab was completed by Pavilion Construction. Our partners on this project include the National Development Council Equity Fund, Bank of America, the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority, the City of Las Cruces, as well as Enterprise Green Communities.
