YES Housing Inc. was incorporated in 1990 as Youth Enterprise Systems, a New Mexico non-profit, as a community development corporation (cdc). YES was initially a subsidiary of Youth Development Incorporated (YDI), which is the largest community based non-profit corporation, providing social services and educational opportunities to disadvantaged youths in New Mexico. YES was created to provide economic and social opportunities for youths and their families.

Our mission is to provide opportunities and choices to disadvantaged and lower income families and the elderly. YES develops, owns and manages multi-family and commercial developments, which provide a better quality of life to those we serve.

YES usually fills the roles of Developer/Owner/Manager charged with assembling the development team and determining the projects feasibility, arranging financing, community relations and establishing partnerships to benefit the developments.

YES typically provides professional property management services to their developments.

YES Housing Inc. has established itself as a CDC and an affordable housing provider in New Mexico. YES has continued to take advantage of various acquisitions and development opportunities in New Mexico that has grown the asset base of the corporation, its revenue stream and provided quality managed affordable housing to the state.
